Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how TKOA Private Limited ("TKOA," "we," "us"), a company registered in Gujarat, India under CIN U58199GJ2025PTC169791, collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit theknockoutautomations.com or buy our digital products.
For privacy questions, the data-protection contact is Dan Murphy at theknockoutacademy@gmail.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect three categories of information:
- Information you provide directly — name, email address, billing details, and any message text you send through the contact form or by replying to a support email.
- Information collected automatically — IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the date/time of each visit. This is collected via standard server logs and our analytics provider (see Section 5).
- Payment information — collected and processed exclusively by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com), and the underlying processors (Stripe, PayPal). We never see or store your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials. We receive only a transaction ID, billing country, last-four digits, and the order summary.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information only for the purposes listed below:
- Fulfilling your order and delivering the digital product (license file, download link, master index PDF, etc.).
- Providing customer support, replying to email, and processing refund requests.
- Sending transactional emails — receipts, delivery emails, refund confirmations, and product updates that affect access (e.g., a new download link).
- Improving the site and Products — measuring page performance, understanding which workflows are most useful, fixing bugs.
- Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and chargeback fraud.
- Complying with legal obligations (tax records, anti-money- laundering, lawful-request response).
We do not use your information for ad retargeting on this site. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Contract — to fulfil your order and provide support.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the site secure, prevent fraud, and improve our products. These interests are balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — to keep tax records and respond to lawful authority requests.
- Consent — for any optional marketing email you opt into. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Service Providers (Sub-processors)
We share the minimum data needed with the following providers:
- Dodo Payments (Merchant of Record) — order processing, tax handling, payouts.
- Stripe / PayPal — underlying payment rails used by Dodo.
- Vercel — hosting and content delivery for the website.
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregated traffic and behaviour analytics. IP addresses are anonymized where supported.
- Microsoft Clarity — heatmap and session replay analytics on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.
- Meta Pixel — used only on landing pages where we run Meta Ads, for ad-attribution and conversion measurement.
- Email infrastructure (Gmail / transactional ESP) — to send delivery and support emails.
Each provider has its own privacy policy. We have data-processing agreements where required.
6. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use a small number of cookies and similar identifiers:
- Strictly necessary cookies — for site functionality, fraud prevention, and remembering your last-viewed industry pack. These cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — set by GA4 and Clarity on aggregated, anonymized basis.
- Advertising pixels — Meta Pixel where applicable, used only for conversion measurement, not interest profiles.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. The site will continue to work with strictly-necessary cookies blocked you may lose preferences.
